MORE extended our partnership with C3
to include two new, co-branded business lines: Community Pharmacy Cooperative and Community Technology Cooperative.
MORE provided marketing, communications, and member support for additional five new C3 health centers.

C3, the only Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that is health-center owned and controlled, is committed to improving health equity and addressing social determinants of health. As their core business model grew and successfully returned profits to their health centers, C3 began expanding their lines of business. Thus, their brand needed to evolve in lockstep. MORE stepped in to reinvigorate their visual identity, brand hierarchy and web presence to set them up for a future of continued expansion.

C3’s new brand positioned them as a leader in the market with a fresh, modern representation of their organization. The renewed presence has a cleaner, visual, tech-forward feel that extended throughout their sub-brands and across their refreshed website.

This project represented C3’s continued growth and meant an evolution of the original brand MORE helped C3 create in 2017 when C3 entered the marketplace as a MassHealth Accountable Care Organization. The new website, launched in February 2023, allows members and providers as well as prospective new health centers across the country to learn more about their exciting business model.
