COVID-19 hit many Commonwealth homeowners hard. As a part of a national initiative by the U.S. Congress and the American Rescue Plan Act, MassHousing and Mass Housing Partnership asked MORE to brand and deploy a campaign dedicated to preventing foreclosures and helping those in need.

​The Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund (Mass HAF) provided up to $50,000 in assistance for homeowners who were behind on their mortgage payments because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the words of one recipient, “You saved more than just my house. I will always be grateful.”

Creating an integrated, statewide campaign geared toward reaching the most people possible isn’t for the faint of heart, but MORE has never minded a challenge. Working with policy, government, and nonprofit partners, the campaign resulted in over 2,050 people clicking “apply to the program” after seeing a digital ad (conversions).
